I can’t say enough kind things about the (staff?) that were involved in preparing my pizza! Once they learned that I was allergic to gluten, they knew instantly what they needed to do! They started with fresh gloves, then by covering a pizza tray with parchment paper and a cauliflower pizza crust. Then they told me they pulled fresh toppings from different containers so that there would be no concern of cross-contact. I asked them if they would run my pizza through the oven twice to ensure that I got a crispy crust (always my pizza preference). They assured me they would. My pizza was small but cooked perfectly. My body knows when I’ve consumed gluten rather quickly. I’m pleased to report NO ill effects! As to the atmosphere, bring your kids! They’ll have a blast! 😂 Think miniature Chuck-E-Cheese! I get the impression they do a lot of birthday parties. 🎂🎈🥳 🤷♂️
