The Snug

Came across this fantastic cafe on a rainy day in Truro and was immediately drawn to the dietary options on the menu. We'd spent a fruitless hour trying to find gluten free pasties in the town and had given up so to find this little gem was a treat. Dan the owner and sole worker was fantastic, went out of his way to take care of our dietary requirements ( GF and DF). We both chose the fish finger roll and were amazed to find he cooked them from scratch, making up a GF /DF batter and finding the relevant rolls in his stash. Coffee was great, very hot and served quickly. Dan took the time out to chat with us after we had finished eating, a lovely guy with a great pedigree in the catering industry. Can't recommend this place enough.

A great little find! Came across this place today and was blown away with the menu. Every meal had a gluten free and dairy free option and a excellent menu. Service was fantastic and to think it is run by one person you wouldn’t of thought so. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my go to place when I’m in Truro. Oh and the food was amazing!
