Ordered from gluten-free menu. Lady taking order who was training obviously misheard despite us reading order directly in full and accused us of lying about the order of meal refusing to a knowledge or apologise for mistake but said we were wrong ,hence arrival of incorrect order. Refused to correct as order had been given and made despite it being wrong. Waitress very apologetic. Mangeress accusatory and inflexible no offer to improve experience. We will not be returning. The meals were plain but well cooked and ok.
