This intimate eatery offers a relaxed, cute atmosphere with a unique history as a former pizza place. Despite its charm, concerns about food allergy safety and lack of staff training on gluten-free practices affect its suitability for gluten-free diners seeking a safe experience.

I'm so glad Greensburg has a Vietnamese restaurant! My favorites are fresh summer rolls, vegetarian pho, and lychee boba. Authentic and quality. Good gluten free options. I'm a frequent customer.

Not safe for celiacs or food allergies. I called ahead to ask if they could assure I didnt eat gluten. The person explained everything was gluten free was only rice noodles. Nothing on their menu is gluten free. They use fish and soy sauce w gluten. I explained this because they had packets of gluten free soy...however the hoisen sauce she brought to my table contained gluten. I recognized this. But the pad Thai absolutely had it in it. I was puking within an hour. I am itchy and have been sick since I left. The bill was 70 and I left a 20...despite the 30 minute wait for drinks 40 for appetizer and over hour for "fast food" they are closed today or I'd ask what had gluten in it..they said the fried rice was gluten free..I asked if they cooked with soy..she said yes....soy sauce and fish sauce usually have soy...they have to intentionally use gluten free soy. I'll be sick and deal with the severe gluten depression for weeks to months because of this...now I'm forcing water n activated charcoal. How are employees not trained on this? I left a 20$ tip. I was sick 5 minutes into eating...so sick I couldn't even get up to leave immediately. We need legislation...like in other states that require food allergy training. There should be required gluten free fries and cook tops...20% of all Americans have some kind of gluten intolerance. Many of us have severe reactions...this place clearly is not about safety or health. The inside also looks like someone went n got some black paint...just ripped up the pizza hit carpet and put a little plaster over parts of the brick. They had paper light fixtures that don't belong in a place where it needs to be cleaned....unless they plan on replacing them. So freaking angry about this situation. Food wasn't even good. Very bland. This place won't last.
