Found our new favorite Gluten Sensitive restaurant in the Deltona / Sanford area. A lovely environment with a wine bar up front and lots of tables.
We discovered the gluten-free calamari (!) and passed up the excellent prime rib and steaks for the GF meat loaf. Haven't been able to order that at a restaurant in many years.
Staff were wonderful and very helpful with navigating the menu.
We will be back often.
