Although there selection is still a little small on the food side, there food, especially for being gluten free, hands down phoenominal. The atmosphere was semi-reminesce of a wooden tavern, laid back environment, and not loud: quite enjoyable. All of this being said, if you enjoy beer, this is the place for you. The beer itself was very much full of flavor, water chemistry was tailored to each category of beer, and tasted incredible. They have soo many things going right and I hope they continue them: you would not know the beer was gluten free.

We didn't eat the food but heard the bartender explain that they are Gluten Free and you can't bring Non-gluten free food into the bar area to be consumed. I had a Nut Brown lager and my husband had a stout, both were great, loved the crisp flavor. I can't wait to go back and try their cocktails.

Celiac safe and beer that taste like really good beer. Great atmosphere and charm as well! Hoping to see their beers at other places down the road!
