A very nice place for breakfast and lunch. The stuff is very knowledgeable about Gluten sensitivity and other allergies. We have two daughters with Celiac and we felt very safe to try new foods. The curry chicken salad sandwich was really good and the Mediterranean fries were delicious. They bake really good GF jabeta. we will come again.

Very lively place, with great menu of creative dishes. Entire menu is gluten free so no worries here. Not your typical Tex-Mex kind of place. I had the birria entree that came with a large bone marrow side with several soft corn tortillas and delicious rice and beans. Very attentive waitstaff who knew the menu inside out. Parking can be a significant issue.

Everything is truly gluten free and it's a great bakery for those with Celiac Disease. Their donuts are so delicious. They are dense and moist, even after bringing them home. The staff is awesome and always friendly!

This was my first time trying this place . It was so good , I haven't found gluten free bread that I have liked and it was a great addition to the smoked burger I got . The smashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were so yummy . It was great to feel like i was eating normal again , they have taken barbecue and made it healthy, gluten free and Delicious. My family enjoyed the pork sandwiches and couldn't tell it was gluten free . So happy to have tried this new place and will be back for sure

The absolute best gluten free bakery in the area. The reviews stating that the textures of certain items are wrong don't understand that gf flour cannot stretch and laminate the same way wheat does as it does not contain the same proteins and physical properties.

This place is dedicated gluten free and they have several breakfast and lunch options. The staff was super friendly. Lunch was a little pricier than I anticipated. But was worth being able to order anything on the menu.

Great food. Great service. They place was really busy when we came, but the atmosphere was really nice. I'm not an expert on Mexican food, but everything we tried was really good. As a family with Celiac, it felt really nice to know we can enjoy any dish with no concerns. we will come again.

My friend and I definitely got sick from this place. It felt like a gluten crash. It was terrible. One if us ordered the bison and had no idea it was raw, the waiter didn't say anything and it wasn't written anywhere. The waiter would not take it back for something else. He was clear we would be charged.

Came here with my son who is also gluten intolerant so we could enjoy a special treat, and it didn’t disappoint! He got cinnamon rolls, a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie, and loved all of them. I went for a lemon bar the almond poppyseed bread 🤤. SO delicious!! So nice to walk into a place and order whatever makes your heart happy, definitely worth a stop.

First time here and what a fun place ! I like the variety of baked goods as well as the made to order menu items . They have a good selections of drinks you can order as well ! Food was good And quality ingredients , It was great to feel safe to eat knowing this place is 100% Gluteen free as well as some of the top allergens .

The reason that I give it a 2 star you need to read. Number one I want to say the cupcakes were delicious and the design was perfectly fine. I had gluten free party guest so everyone could enjoy. Number two is the issue I have. I ordered these a month ago for my gender reveal party for my twins. Two days before I’m supposed to pick up, they call me leaving me a voice message saying that I need to call back immediately. I called back a couple times and no one answered. I call back another couple hours later they finally answer and they tell me they don’t have information on what I ordered, even though when I placed my order, I provided a picture and they wrote everything down. As we know gender reveals are supposed to have something in it supposed to be a surprise for the family and everyone… However, when the gender reveal happened, there was absolutely nothing inside the cupcake. It was just a cupcake with the design of frosting on top. I had family come into town from East Coast for a gender reveal for a reveal that didn’t happen as expected. This was in incredibly disappointing experience. This is the first time I ordered anything from a bakery for a party. Family members were surprised I was ordering from a bakery because normally I bake things myself. I could’ve saved almost $100 if I done it myself, but I wanted to enjoy the time with my family so unfortunately this was very disappointment and embarrassing experience.

The cake was very good. You can't go wrong with this place being gluten free. They have zero room for custom orders. I wanted to have one layer of cake replaced by a other and they refused. I also asked for it to be decorated for a birthday party. In less than ten minutes from the car to King Soopers and then to my dad's across the street, the lettering stuck to the top of the box, because they didn't put any cardboard in to protect it. Just amatures. I will go back again, but they are expensive and just know they are not a wedding cake shop. They are not there yet. Photos of the issue. At least the cake still looked OK. Thanksfully it was a birthday party and not a wedding.

Gluten-free and dairy free do not mean flavor free at this bar! I am always in search of good food that is safe and service that is accommodating. The prices are a little high but the portions are huge. On top of the great food we had a flight of ciders and I couldn't even decide which one was my favorite they were all so good. Super friendly staff that cares about making sure you are taken care of. I absolutely love this place!

These are hands down the best gluten-free, dairy-free baked goods I’ve ever tasted in my life. The dessert breads are so moist (not dry like many gluten-free breads) and taste just like the fresh baked goods that you’d get at a farmer’s market… actually, even better than those too. If you are someone who loves baked goods but needs to avoid gluten and dairy, do yourself a favor and try these. They are like manna from heaven, lol. I will definitely be ordering again and again.

We are celiacs and traveled to Denver for family. We were super excited about trying this place, but we walked in and the place was DISCUSSING!! The guy working there was very mean and their selection was very low and not what it looked like on the website. The guy was being sarcastic the whole entire time. The kitchen workspace was visibly very dirty. We are very strict celiacs and he was not wearing gloves and offered us bread out of a random plastic bag . he was touching it with his bare hands, and that was a major health concern for us. Do not recommend coming here!! and it’s safe to say we will never be coming back.

We worked with Sakeo for catering our wedding donuts, featuring a large donut wall, and it was an absolute hit! There were no leftover donuts at the end! The donuts were incredibly fresh and delicious. We loved having a unique dessert option that many of our guests were trying for the first time (on top of that, they were gluten-free). The donuts were not only tasty but also beautifully presented. We highly recommend booking Mochi Thai'm for your next event or wedding!

I was so excited when I heard there was a 100% GF bakery and was so so sad and disappointed with the inedible cinnamon roll I got. The people are so nice, and maybe their other items are better but I took one bite and almost threw the whole thing away. I hate wasting food so I went to a coffee shop, got a cortado, and poured half of it over the cinnamon roll. That let me eat about 2/3 of it, but it wasn't good. The rest was simply dry, hard as a brick, and inedible. I've had (and made) many amazing GF cinnamon rolls so I was bummed. But I hope that experience was a fluke. It was bad enough I didn't risk a second visit during our trip.

Amazing place, lovely staff, and delicious food. I have celiac disease and had never had a churro - to be able to eat one (jk, I totally ate all four and have no shame) with absolutely no worries about cross contamination was incredibly. Seriously, pretty sure I shed a solitary tear of joy. The tacos were also ridiculously good. The chips? Salty, crispy, crunchy perfection. Also, the fingerling potatoes? I thought I understood potatoes before I visited, but alas, I knew nothing. My stomach was full, but dang if my heart wasn't fuller. Also wouldn't dare forget to mention the atmosphere - this restaurant just looks freaking amazing. The light fixtures are fascinating, the walls are artful, and they somehow make it feel spacious even during rush hour on Thirsty Thursday. (Speaking of, the margs? I'm drooling while typing this. Sooo good.)

I love that everything is gluten free. The lavender Matcha is top notch. Yes it’s more pricy than Starbucks however gluten free items and bake goods are not cheap. The service was phenomenal, the Avacado toasted scrumptious and fresh.

Just Be is one of my Go-Tos when I'm in the Denver and Boulder areas. The breakfast burrito is SO GOOD, I've never had such a wonderful GF tortilla. It's a bit expensive for the quantity of food and I'd like to see more consistency for quantity per item ordered; the shepherd's pie is much smaller and less substantial than the burrito. The drinks are also very pricey. Don't get me wrong, I love a good turmeric latte with good, clean, ingredients, but I struggle with the $9 price tag. I'll keep coming here! 1000%. I recommend you do, too. This is an awesome dedicated GF / Celiac safe restaurant.

Visiting FoCo for a long weekend we ate here three times!!! One day we grabbed bowls and salads for 8 adults and two kids to picnic at the lake and amazingly a bunch of picky eaters each got exactly what they wanted! I am gluten-free vegan and had something different every time. So easy to customize without being made to feel like a difficult patron- you can do it in the order app or let the server guide you at the register. Yum yum can’t wait to return!

One Haven is the only cafe I’ve found in Colorado Springs where everything is entirely gluten-free. When I came here to get dinner and I found out every thing on the menu was celiac safe, I almost cried. And the prices were reasonable. The cafe is open late for people who want to hang out or play table top games and they sell handmade things like 3D printed stuff. And they play Lord of the Rings lofi in the background, which makes the vibes immaculate. I’m literally so happy this place exists and I will definitely be back!

Bring your friend with celiac here. It'll be the best gift ever. This is one of the only places I've been where I can eat and not be worried. Plus the food is fresh and fantastic. I drive two hours regularly from the city I live in to go here. Which sounds insane but this place really is a mecca for folks who have to be gluten free due to celiac disease. Tho, I will say, if you have no friends with celiac you might just go because the food is wonderful.

I could not recommend this place more for those with dietary restrictions. There are so many gluten free options, dairy free options etc that make it so easy to find something delicious for a breakfast, a snack, a smoothie or a little lunch. I am in Denver for a weekend trip and I found Ben's through DoorDash. Being someone with a potato allergy on top of having celiac disease, it is nearly impossible to find an affordable meal that is not home cooked. I ordered the Chicken Hearty Bowl with a Green Smoothie and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food for the price point. When I opened the box I thought the portion size of the chicken seemed small but after eating half of the meal, I felt very nourished (probably because I was eating real nutritious food.) The chicken was perfectly tender and the lemon thyme sauce had an amazing flavor. This was the first time in years I have been able to eat a satisfying meal under $20 with my dietary restrictions. I have never once felt called to write a food review, but this experience brought me a lot of hope for a food industry that has always been extremely difficult for me to navigate while still being affordable with my allergies. I just wanted to get on here and show my support because it is rare to stumble across a restaurant that I feel is whole heartedly interested in their customers well being both nutritionally and financially. I am excited to see this company grow!
