The White Sheep

First time ordering from here their to go menus had options marked gf. I asked if one of their steak skillets could be made gf and they said yes they would just not put the fried onions on top. It was great. Fast forward a few months and I dine in. All the gf markings on the menu are gone but the options are still the same. I asked the waitress if they had a gf menu and she told me they have nothing gf. I stated that some of the options that were there used to be marked gf and asked what changed. She said she would bring her manager over to answer questions. Our waitress came back and said “yea the manager said we don’t do gf.” We never talked to the manager personally. I don’t know if she actually asked or just said it because they were a little busy. I did however order the same exact thing I got previously and asked her to mark it as an allergy and I was fine after. I don’t know why they decided to take gf on their menu but very disappointing. Especially in an area where it’s common.

Was in the area visiting family, and it was a first time for all of us here. We made the choice to check it out since we have two vegetarians and one gluten allergy in a group of four, and The White Sheep had options for all of us. We ordered way too much food but it was all absolutely delicious, including the drinks. TANIA was our server, she was very friendly, and made sure to get our order accurate and keep us up to date on our food and drinks arrival. Can’t wait to come back again when I’m in town visiting!
