Definitely a diamond in the rough. The staff was kind and helpful, the gardens are so beautiful, the far hill view is calming, the meal was outstanding and accommodating for my gluten intolerance. I even had great crab cakes. The carrots were so fresh they tasted like they were from my mother’s garden. After I was so full. I walked the property which was filled with beautiful and functional gardens.!!

We went for dinner with dear friends. I specifically requested an outdoor seat and they gave us an indoor seat looking out which I guess was ok but there was plenty of room outside .. must be a staffing issue ... The food was good. The gluten free crab cakes were worthy of returning, absolutely delicious!! Three of us got burgers, my husband's and mine were too overcooked but we ate them, really too bad. They did have good gluten free buns, the side salad was delicious. My cousin got the trout entre and it was overcooked but she seemed to enjoy it. I got a $15 fancy drink and it was so tiny and literally no alcohol. The service was terrible; it was difficult to find our waitress, after our appetizer she took our silverware (?) and then never returned it, really weird, even though we had salad so we used our friends salad forks, then I asked for extra napkins because their cloth ones are smaller than any napkin I've seen before and I'm a messy hamburger eater and she never came, service was just so slow the entire time and the restraunt wasn't even busy ..
