Thuân Thành Restaurant

This was my first time at this restaurant. I enjoy Vietnamese food and seek it out because a lot of it is gluten free. Normally pho is gluten free with some exceptions. I wanted to try a different type and when asked if it was gluten free I was told it was but had meat balls in it (generally not gluten free). I clarified some questions where I'm the waiter said next time bring your epi pen and try it, while laughing and walking away. Obviously he did not know what celiac was nor the use of epi pens. I found this insulting and unprofessional. I did not get ill from the food. The food was 'ok'. I have had better, but not the worst either. If you are celiac like I am, eat here with caution.
