I was excited to hear that they had a new menu. However, the menu is confusing, and although intends to be upscale it lacks flavor. Also, there are limited option for substitutions with no vegan or gluten-free options. My husband is highly allergic to dairy and there are very few entrees that they are able to modify. The service however, is excellent as always. I am very disappointed in the new chef and the new menu!

Lovely restaurant in the beautiful Lied Lodge. The food is locally sourced and many choices prepared gluten free. The pot roast and shrimp risotto were excellent and so were our cocktails.
