If you have coeliac disease and are visiting Penang, then Tina’s is a must!! Tina has an excellent understanding of all dietary restrictions and produces delicious, authentic Malaysian/ Nonya specialties for all us GF folk. Not only that, but she is welcoming, warm and it’s a treat to spend time in her friendly restaurant. A gold star to Tina!!

My Family just had such a great night at Tina’s kitchen. A restaurant from yester years Tina and her family served us with such care and enthusiasm. We were so excited to find a great little restaurant that felt like being in a Malay family home. The best feeling for me as a coeliac was that Tina understood gluten free and had her menu marked with so many options and came and talked it all through with me. She then shared her passion of sharing her Malay grandmothers recipes . It was a really special night loved by not just me but my girls and husband too . Highly recommended 👍
