I say this based on what was delivered to us last night. In the past, we've been so happy with our orders. I appreciate the eco-friendliness of the pizza company, the quality ingredients, excellent taste, and the speedy delivery.
I don't know what went wrong but when our order arrived, my pizza (non-gluten free) was delivered like this (see photo). Suffice it to say, I used our air fryer to crisp it back up and it was delicious.
As angry as I was last night, I'm now speaking from a place of support and caring for the business (son of a former business owner). Regardless of fault (Tino's staff or GrubHub driver), I'm hoping that Tino's sees this and uses it as a lesson to please make sure that all foods are presentable before leaving the establishment. It's very understood that our order was conducted before closing time so I get it. At the same time, a customer shouldn't have to improvise to make take-out food better because of a blunder, either.
