I’ve always enjoyed Tipsy Taco but appreciated server Brad and manager Ernesto going above and beyond to make sure my meal was gluten free.

Food speaks for itself. Fresh and tastes great! Some other reviews claimed a bit noisy, and I can see on the bar side how that can be thought.
Menu was small, but right on the money for choices. Only complaint, if any, would be a better notice in the menu description geared toward food allergies - dairy and gluten.
