When the chef appears Japanese and doesn't speak English then you're in a pretty good Japanese restaurant. We asked for gluten-free and they were very accommodating. The rainbow roll was perfect. The chicken teriyaki was not a style I like but still very good.
The large crowd jammed into the tiny hole-in-the-wall plus the airport staff eating there also tells you it's good.
