Gluten free!!!! This was awesome! First time having dumplings that were gluten free! The food was good and it was a great portion! We haven't been disappointed with the food since visiting Toronto and this was top of the list! Great good! Celiac safe! It was out of chicken but the beef was good!

If you are looking for healthy options, then Tong Mein at the The Well is a great option. In particular, I enjoyed its soup noodles options, there is a seafood option with shrimps and lobster broth. I also tried its beef soup noodles option. Broth are nicely boiled, clear broth with healthy ingredients. One thing you do have to understand is....they don't use any additives or MSG, so everything is fresh and healthy. They are also gluten free, dairy free, sugar free. I went to its Scotia Plaza location and I enjoyed both locations as they have great consistency and quality of its food in both locations. I will definitely be back to try more items such as salad bowl in the near future.
