Torchy's Tacos

Went on Mother’s Day at my request. Was really surprised how good everything was because it is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The guacamole was outstanding. Queso was really good. Margarita was just right. Our family raved about the shrimp tacos. A few chips were kinda stale but next batch was good. Being gluten free, I appreciated abundance of corn taco options

Great tasting Mofaux taco 🌮 made with a corn tortilla & beyond meat. It tasted great. I just wish it came with more. The tacos are sold individually. If you ask they will allow you to make it a combo with rice & refried beans. Just ask for no cheese on the beans if you want it to be vegan. It is naturally gluten free since corn tortillas are only made of corn maza. The person at the counter was also very helpful and even told me about another event coming up. I would just order more next time the portions are not that big, so 2 tacos & rice and beans probably are better than just one. You might also want to order chips with salsa or guacamole no cheese. It is a little pricey, but if they created combos of 2-3 tacos with rice and beans for a good price it would probably be a better value.
