Although not marked, they did say the fryers for the fries and tots are dedicated GF and most menu items can be modified to meet allergen needs such as gluten free. Food was good.

We were looking for a restaurant that served hamburgers with a gluten free options. We found THBB from online recommendations. I really liked my Carolina burger. It was just messy enough to quality as a true Carolina burger. Fries seemed fresh cut. The only draw back is that the back outside area is next to an open area that the childern play from THBB and the taproom next door. Not upset by the playing but rather the parents who let their children scream excessively. Not the restaurant's fault but it did effect our experience.

GLUTEN FREE BUNS! (+$3 for GF bun) EXCELLENT BURGERS! I ordered a build your own with Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, and garlic mayo and smoked mayo as my two condiments. Everything is just bursting with flavor. I agree with another reviewer, you can taste the quality. Both mayos were delicious, but the garlic mayo stole the show. My family is convinced this is the best burger place in town and it has become our go-to for burgers. Indoor and outdoor seating, or you can sit at the bar. We usually enjoy the outdoor seating.
