Gilbert a manager assisted me today. I’ve been a customer since the early 2000’s. Just wanted to share my experience and interaction.
We bought gluten free muffins by mistake. Wanted regular muffins. So I went back to the store to exchange for regular muffins. The exchange went smoothly. However, I was taken back, in a good way by the next sequence…..Gilbert said, “Here take a muffin and try it ….these muffins regardless of being gluten free are very delicious.”
Goes to speak about the people and the culture of this store and environment. Thank you Gilbert for your kind and thoughtful gesture!
