Is there anyone who hasn't heard of Trader Joe's? I know one or two things. The management is up front watching everything and cheerfully making sure more checkout lines open up if it starts to get crowded. Why some grocery stores don't do that simple thing....also TJ's makes things fun, the help is responsive and always some new things to try. I made 2 vegan chocolate pies for a picnic, inspired by spotting their new vegan gluten free pie crusts. Just one example of the constant discovies.
