The perfect country pub! We popped in initially for a drink whilst awaiting a reservation elsewhere and decided to come back for food later in the week. The food was lovely and I really appreciated our waiter checking which meals could be gluten free for me. We had mains and desserts which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was the best we have experienced during our time in Grasmere - very friendly and attentive. A great choice for dinner and drinks!
