Best gluten free pastry I've ever had

Date of visit: Saturday, March 22, 2025. We have been following Trish's bakery on social media for some time now, and wanted to check them out. Everything they post looks delicious, and the owners and staff seem so fun. We finally got there and weren't disappointed. They have several display cases full of gorgeous and tempting treats. Everything looked so beautiful - perfect presentation. They have cupcakes, cookies, bars, squares, cinnamon buns, and so much more. They also have pantry items, frozen food items, and more. Everything in the store is Gluten Free, and they also have a variety of vegan items as well. We purchased a number of items including cupcakes, cookies & more. Everything looked sooo good, and there was so much to choose from. The displays were still very well stocked at 2-3 pm on a Saturday. Trish's husband was there, and he was very friendly and happy to provide information on their treats. Ask about their Bougie Buns. Now...let me just state... i have never been a fan of gluten free baking. My experience has always been that gluten free baking is dry, gritty, and tasteless.  Why would i be eager to visit Trish's then, if i dont love GF? Because it looked so good, and i am also a firm believer in keeping an open mind. Trish's gluten-free baking will put to rest any preconceived concerns you might have about what GF baking is. What we purchased were tasty, fresh, and did i mention GORGEOUS? This is a cute little bakery worth checking out.
