The food is incredible. Its so nice being able to get healthy options on the go. I got the avocado toast and pb and j protein balls. I had a coworker with celiacs try the avocado toast with me because it was so good we were surprised it was gluten-free and the protein balls are a repeat order for me, so so so good!! 1000/10 reccomend

My favorite for a morning pick me up! Smoothies and bowls are delish! The homemade baked goods are amazing. I’m not even gluten free but I love the muffins. Always friendly and helpful staff as well.
