Came here after a day of skiing near banff, and what an unbelievable experience.
Every course we got was top notch. We started with the Thai mussels- the sauce was flavorful and perfectly balanced.
For dinner, I got the beef bourginone, which was hearty and really delicious, and we got for dessert a lavender crème bruelle.
An added item- dined here with a gluten free friend, and they were very accommodating.
This is a top notch restaurant- i feel this is on par with a Michelin star restaurant
