Carlos was our waiter today and he was great! He said we were his first table as a server. You could have fooled us, he acted like a seasoned professional. The food was wonderful and everyone we encountered were very friendly. As someone who has to be dairy free and gluten free, it was so nice to be able to have a tasty, filling and healthy breakfast that fit within my food restrictions.

Great GF options. Food was amazing and the portions are generous! I would recommend the breakfast Taco. Best I've had. I've been GF for 14 years. Very Celiac friendly.

We enjoyed a late breakfast at Truth & Tonic. A bit challenging to find in the Venetian 2nd floor near spa) but worth the trip. We had the oatmeal and the 3 egg scramble - tofu nooch. Portions are good size and presentation is great. Service was really good and everything is prepared when ordered. Vegan/gluten free options are available. Nice option for breakfast/lunch
