We had an outstanding experience at Tucano’s thanks to our server, Luis. From the moment we were seated, Luis was fast, efficient, and incredibly attentive. What truly set him apart was how seriously he took my girlfriend’s celiac condition, he was proactive in pointing out gluten-free options and even gave us a heads-up if there was even a chance of cross-contamination. It gave us such peace of mind and really elevated the whole experience. Luis went the extra mile, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Service like his is rare, and we’re genuinely grateful. Give that man a raise!
