God, this place is a GEM! So grateful to have such an awesome Italian deli in our city! I go there for lunch/dinner, pastries, gluten free pasta, prepared foods, and even a good bottle of olive oil. The staff are always sweet and their Italian sub is all you need if your spirits need lifting.

I have enjoyed Indian food all my life—from a variety of regions, restaurants, and homes—and I can confidently say the chicken tikka masala here (a dish that actually originated in Britain, not India) is the best I have ever had. Paired with their hearty garlic naan, it’s simply amazing. While I can’t indulge in the naan anymore due to a recently-discovered wheat allergy, I stick to the flavorful cumin rice that accompanies the tikka masala. I have had their garlic naan in the past, and let’s just say I dream about it now! One thing I appreciate is that their menu is clearly labeled with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. This makes it so much easier for people with dietary restrictions to enjoy their food without worry. We have ordered from Turmeric five times now, and every meal has been a huge hit in our house. Our kids, ranging from ages 4 to 16, happily demolish their offerings alongside us adults. It’s rare to find a restaurant where everyone in the family is equally enthusiastic, but Turmeric has managed to win us all over. As a family who cooks from scratch daily and rarely eats out, I always keep an eye out for food quality and safety when we do. The food from this restaurant has never made any of us sick, which is a huge plus for us since health is a top priority in our home. Our family friends are just as impressed, often raving about the food from here. They love the lamb korma and describe it as 'phenomenal.' Thank you, Turmeric, for consistently delivering wonderful, tasty food that nourishes our bodies and brings joy to our dining table. We’ll keep coming back for more!

Self-serve beer joint with multiple craft beers on tap - you pay for what is dispensed, tracked with a card. They also have some mixed drinks on tap and gluten-free beers in cans. The gluten-free pizza on cauliflower crust was excellent.

I have a gluten allergy and their selection of gluten free beer (AND FOOD?!) is excellent. What more could you want. As if that wasn’t enough, I came on a busy evening and thought I’d be waiting in a long line for a beer (it’s a popular spot!). I unknowingly walked past the owner and remarked on the wait. He immediately got me sorted. 10/10 It’s popular for a reason!

We had the wonderful experience of visiting one of our favorite restaurants in the Springs tonight! Not only was every noodle at our table cooked to a perfect al dente, they even hit it out of the park with the gluten free noodles (which are notoriously difficult to get to the table at peak perfection). The seasoning was spot on, as was the presentation of each dish. Reading the reviews posted today was a very stark contrast to the experience we had sitting at the same restaurant, on the same evening, at the same time. Remember, it is incredibly busy in this part of town over Memorial Day Weekend however, the staff was excited to serve and get food to their customers in a timely manner. They kept pace with the kitchen and their timing was perfect. It's so easy to forget how hard local businesses work every single day to keep their doors open. Posting negative reviews of a small business, rather than taking the opportunity to reach out privately, hinders small business at it's core. A strong community is a supported community.

Great spot for organic, gluten free and dairy free products. Fresh produce and healthy options throughout the store. I was new to this store coming from out of town, looking a little lost Barry came in to help me with a couple items on my list. Thank you Barry! I found good alternatives for all the items on my list compared to a bigger preservatives filled mega grocery store. Thank you as well to Sarah for helping me at check out. Third Space is one of my new favorite coffee shops in the Springs! They’re one of the few coffee shops that still has cozy seating so that you can curl up in a chair or on the couch and work for a while or chat with a friend. They also have gluten-free options, great bathrooms and friendly staff. I love coming back here.

One of the best poke places I’ve been too. Service was phenomenal. They gave me suggestions and it turned out amazing. I would recommend. My wife ordered gluten free noodles and she said they were the best gluten free noodles she’s ever had. Definitely a must go to place in the springs!

Overall, it was an ok experience. Service was pretty slow on Sunday and they weren’t that busy. Everything from drinks, appetizers to food was slow. Their menus prices are not accurate. Seems to be normal now, but a gluten free pizza was $27. Seems excessive. My wife had the California chicken sandwich and it appears they must get their chicken precooked (sous vide would be my guess) then heat it up some way. At least it tasted like it. For the price they should have a higher standard of service and food.

I just called 30 minutes ago and asked about GF food items. The lady was extremely rude and rushed conversation. Then I asked about if they cook their GF food on a dedicated GF cook top. She was very short with me and said "ma'am, it's a clean pan" . To which I told them people with celiac can't use shared cooking surfaces. Again I was rushed through conversation that I just said thank you and hung up. This person that answers the phone needs to be a lot kinder for those with food allergies especially if she's representing this restaurant. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, EVER.

As someone who's lived in France, Germany, and Austria, I can say that Nightingale is on-par with or better than most European bakeries. Highest-quality local ingredients and incredible variety of bakes. My girlfriend gets raging headaches from virtually all American bread; but she can enjoy anything that comes out of Nightingale. We had a great conversation with the owner, who helped us consider that it may not be gluten sensitivity that steers so many Americans away from bread, but the highly industrialized US processing - including countless herbicides and additives - that renders most bread in the US tasteless and painful to eat. Thank goodness Nightingale Bread is here.

I am celiac and can't do dairy or shellfish either. The wait staff are very good about understanding the nuances and the food is delicious. They informed me that the chips are fried in the same fryer as gluten but my meals have been excellent. They are friendly and attentive, the drinks are delicious too. One of my safe places!
