Absolutely love Tuscan Blu! Gluten free pasta that tastes better than gluten pasta! It’s amazing! One of 2 places I’ll drive 2 hours to get to!

my husband and i went to tuscan blu and it is now both of our favorite restaurants. the owner and the wait staff are very kind. i had the rigatoni alla norma and it was divine. there was lots of vegetarian options as well as the option for gluten free pasta for a $5 upcharge. i highly recommend tuscan blu for a relaxing, delicious dinner.
