We’ve been to Tuscany multiple times and normally have a great experience. Yesterday we had dinner there. The waiter forgot our orders and asked again.. not a big deal. However, we never received straws for our drinks, and my husband who has celiacs ordered the gluten free pasta and the waiter assured him they have it. He came back and stated they didn’t have it even though it’s on the menus as well as gluten free pizza which they didn’t have that option either. The last time we were at Tuscany they said they didn’t have the gluten free option in stock. They no longer have gluten free at the restaurant but it’s still on the menus. I’m wondering if they ever had gluten free to begin with! We ordered sweet tea and we were served unsweet. Also, the waiter swapped my sons food with mine he had fish and I had chicken, thankfully I don’t have a seafood allergy that could have ended badly. There was another couple who were elderly that also had a bad experience with being seated as they were both using canes to walk with so they seated themselves out of fatigue. I think maybe the restaurant is under new management but it’s a big change in what it used to be.
