They are 100% gluten free so no fear of cross contamination. They also have dairy- & sugar-free, vegan and keto options. My favorites are banana pudding, s’mores cookie, mini lemon bundt, artisan breads, caramel praline cheesecake and seasonal decorated sugar cookies. There’s fried donuts on Saturdays -the Apple fritter and maple donut holes are wonderful. Follow them on Instagram to find out their daily specials and what’s coming out of the oven.

We are both vegan and gluten-free so twice baked Bakery really attends to our needs and our taste buds. We are so thankful for their creativity and openness to try new things and this way a lot of us don't have to give up good taste. Do by the items early in the morning because they do go fast

Found this place online in utter desperation to taste a cheesecake again after having to go gluten free 7 months ago. My husband and I drove all the way from Fontana to satisfy my cravings. Everything was beautiful and tasted even better! The staff were delightful! Will be back 100%
