Had a West Indian pancake but with buckwheat paste, because of my gluten intolerance. DELICIOUS! And served with great kindness... Perfect!

Lovely street in the center with tables outside and gluten-free galettes. The friendly owner and the waitress were showing me the package of farine de saracin they used for the galette. I can not tell you about how they were prepared just that they tastes really good
