Fantastic crepes. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They spoke good French and English and were very helpful. Gluten Free crepes available (they were very nice). Coffee was nice also. Reasonably priced.
Great choice for gluten intolerant people. Wide variety of galettes and starters. Service was nice but there were misunderstandings due to the language barrier.

It is not a 100% gluten-free place, but they only eat the salad and the meat with potatoes. Therefore, what they offer in principle is gluten-free. The potatoes are homemade. The meat comes in a sauce (when talking to the waiters they told me it was also gluten-free) that for my taste contained a lot of oil, but the meat was just right. The place is very large but the tables are too close together. In general it is not bad.
Excellent gluten-free cakes, both for a snack and for a birthday ;)!
Karine's selection of products is always interesting and tasty. A place where it's good to chat and discover local and connected artisans and creations 🌿
I can agree with the comments here that mentioned high quality ingredients are being used.
They have an open kitchen visible from your table. The 3 waitress were all kind and helpful. Chef looked like he is enjoying making his creations.
It is the kind of restaurant where probably all dishes are great. We went for a classic galette and then for a sweet one with buckwheat ice cream (try it please! It was a pleasant surprise). Options for gluten intolerant guests available as they use different flour.
We were very well received. Fast service, good products with a varied choice (vegetarian and gluten-free à la carte). Seen from the terrace directly onto the sea which gives a very charming setting. I highly recommend Soleil.
Always perfect, gluten-free pancakes, real scoops of ice cream, attentive staff and good advice. A good time with friends. On each of our visits, never disappointed!
DS Bordeaux. An address to know! Exceptional welcome, high quality products prepared with care and finesse. Those intolerant to gluten and milk will also find what they are looking for here.
April 2022: During a walk in La Rochelle we stopped at Amorino for a waffle (just to change ice cream)
I had the waffle sticks and a latte.
I recently had braces and as a result they are very easy to eat and very soft.
Installed on the terrace, we were comfortable there.
September 2021: My favorite ice cream parlor.
Nestled on the Cours des dames facing the port, this ice cream parlor is my must-visit in La Rochelle
I love the choice of Vegan flavors and the possibility of choosing a gluten-free Cornet.
The presentation is really top notch!
Back in La Rochelle I couldn't resist having a cone at Amorino.
Their sorbets are simply delicious.

The staff served us very well, very friendly and attentive. I'm celiac, and almost the entire menu is gluten-free. I was able to eat galettes (all on the menu are gluten-free) and crêpes (which, although not stated on the menu, can be ordered gluten-free).
Gluten intolerant, finally a place in St-Cyp where I can dine with friends. THANKS ! 🥰
We use fresh, selected, quality ingredients 👏👏👏
The burger recipes are really good (surprising combinations of flavors!), careful presentation, homemade fries.
The whole team is at the top, smiling, considerate, warm... so cute (even Tao, the mascot)! 😍
Absolutely loved the crêpes here! All their savory crêpes happen to be gluten free, and the sweet ones they can make with the savory batter(which is still delicious). Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend and definitely will be back here!
Sandrine and I were looking for a nice little restaurant, gluten-free and inexpensive, we found the rare gem with this pretty creperie which welcomed us warmly despite the late hour (almost 2 p.m....).
The pancakes are naturally gluten-free which is perfect for my sweetheart. They are perfectly made, well stocked and delicious. For dessert, another buckwheat pancake, super good. Go for it without hesitation. Kind regards Olivier.

Fantastic Gluten Free Galettes - Savoury and Sweet. Super friendly and helpful staff, who helped us with the choice of a sweet Galette for my wife, as conventional crepes contain gluten.
This is my HQ. I have an allergy problem. So suffice to say that gluten prevents me from going to a lot of restaurants. But at Mamie Bigoude, there are pancakes. I enjoy it every time. Being disabled, I am often at the bottom. But on two occasions, even though it wasn't easy for me, I wanted to go upstairs. I didn't regret the "bedroom" area, I loved it. The staff are lovely and attentive. I recommend. The only regret is that it's not big enough because places are quickly reserved 😅

Spanish/French restaurant offering galettes (buckwheat pancakes with egg, cheese, ham and variations) and omelette gluten free (sans gluten / glutenvrij). The chef is knowledgeable and the owner checked in with us to see if everything was okay. Nice small friendly place.
Very warm welcome, top service.
Listening to customers' food problems such as intolerance/allergy, with suggestions for alternatives for pancake batters.
For someone intolerant to gluten, finish on a sweet crepe, a real treat.
Thanks again to Isabelle in the kitchen, we enjoyed the simple and very good quality cuisine.
The place is quiet, the waiter is very friendly, I think it's really good for the price. We have a multitude of choices, they make pancakes with 100% buckwheat flour, therefore gluten-free, which is very good for me because I am allergic to it. It is very suitable for children. I think this creperie is very good and I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed by my visit to the restaurant that I had known since my childhood. 😥
The site highlights respect for the different possible diets and for that, I take my hat off to them! 🤗
On the other hand, I had a very bad experience regarding my celiac disease (gluten): no bread, the only possible dessert that day was ice cream in the middle of winter (like in many non-specialized restaurants), a waitress with little awareness. who explains to me that there is “normally” no gluten in the dishes without having it confirmed by the chef.
However, we had booked several days in advance: it was therefore possible to plan all these elements. So I had a very bad meal and unfortunately will not return to this establishment which is not as tasty as at the time 😥
Good luck all the same to this restaurant which dazzles us with its location. 🍃
To counter the owner's response:
Just reread my review. I did not make any comments regarding the dishes on the menu. To clarify, I am talking about aperitifs and appetizers for example as well as the lack of gluten-free bread in a high-end restaurant.
Likewise for desserts, only offer ice cream for celiac diets, it’s classic. It has happened to me that many restaurants offer me at least a last minute fruit salad just to finish with a sweet touch.
Also, I posted my review in July but my visit was this winter. I don't see why it's problematic to leave a later review.
I find it very good that you take the time to respond to our comments, thank you.
On the other hand, reading it carefully to respond as best as possible without overwhelming the customer who is reporting an unhappy experience is something else.
In a restaurant like yours, calling the customer even seems more appropriate and consistent to me.
Very good experience in this charming creperie. The owners took great care of us and knew how to delight us. Possibility of adapting the crepes into pancakes for gluten-free people. They accept dogs and even pamper them!
However, they do not accept CB. No bad surprises, they indicate it before setting up and a distributor is not far away :-)
I am celiac. In this town there is not much on offer and if what is there does not update its hours... It happens that you go to dinner and it is closed for holidays.
With my husband and a 3-year-old child, we returned home (35 km) without dinner.
Obviously they do not have to be at the service of anyone. But if Google has its schedule it will be to inform people.
We had a wonderful experience at Creperie Sarrasin this evening. We were fortunate to meet Kevin and were welcomed despite not having made a reservation (would recommend making one if you are able, but other groups without reservations were also sat). Service was great. You could tell both Kevin and the other front of house staff made great relationships with the customers. Food was outstanding, both sweet and savory crepes. They were able to make the sweet crepes with buckwheat as well so both could be gluten free. The homemade caramel was outstanding. Would absolutely go back! Thank you for such a lovely experience.
This place is absolutely amazing, both the food and staff are top notch. I have a bad gluten allergy (coeliac) and let them know 24h before coming there. They pulled out all the stops.. they even went to get some gluten free bread something they didn't have in stock normally. Long story short they went out of their way to make our evening the best. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was amazing and the setting was cozy. We will be back for more!
