This crêperie is a wonderful discovery, and we'll be back!
- The buckwheat pancakes are among the best in Paris, with a soft batter and served slightly toasted - buckwheat (gluten-free), egg yolk, a hint of cider... the egg is served sunny-side up, the white perfectly cooked. The filling isn't huge, but enough to add flavor, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. A variety of ciders are offered.
- The waitress is friendly and a bit pushy, making for a great time! She alone is worth the trip. Plus, they serve late!

[Edit] We went back with friends, all unanimously. Oh, the cider is also excellent (pitcher or bottle). Coralie in the dining room is always welcoming and funny ;-) See you soon!
