UCHU Sushi

One of my favorite sushi spots in town! The gluten free calamari is to die for!! They have vegan spicy mayo upon request!! They also have vegan cream cheese and are happy to make dietary accommodations! Very friendly staff! Good location! Great sushi!

Although I didn't have my phone to take photos of the delectable entrees and cool aesthetics, The sushi as well as many other plates were especially not expensive on customer end, on the days when happy hour consists all day they weren't only not all that costly compared to competitors but also not lacking anything so that one would leave desiring more, also anyone who eats the sushi can tell that they afford to get high quality fish, great sizes too, especially the nigiri (YUM) ! The spicy calamari and teriyaki beef were also very tasty and our final ticket ended up being very pleasant which allowed our party to tip over the usual amount. They even have plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The ground breaker IPA was suggested by our waitress which was a very pleasant brew. She was very on it, and because many in our party were gluten free she already knew to being tamari before we requested it and our sushi came with plenty of pickled ginger and wasabi. Lastly I must rave that the customer service was incredible! They were so accommodating and were as fast as possible even though there were tables continuously filled with customers.
