UNA pizza + wine Edmonton: South Common

I had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Elmo. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Elmo was prompt, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and his positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. One small note — I do wish the dessert menu had more options for those of us who are vegan, gluten-free, or trying to avoid processed sugar. That said, Elmo did his best to help us navigate the options and offered some great suggestions, which I really appreciated. Another thing to consider is the gluten-free pizza crust — while their pizzas are phenomenal overall, the gluten free crust was a bit dry and hard compared to other places I’ve tried, especially for the price. Easily expect to spend around $80 for a meal for two. That said, it was still a great experience with good food and exceptional service from people like Elmo (hence the 5 stars). I’m looking forward to coming back — and hopefully having Elmo take care of us again!

First time eating at Una! The gluten free crust is INCREDIBLE!!! A little pricey but the pizza is so good. We will definitely be back
