I was impressed that they offered gluten-free noodles!! It's the only ramen restaurant I've ever been to that offers this option. You can select the rice noodles option rather than traditional wheat noodles (and they are tasty and less heavy on the stomach, too). The service was fantastic and attentive, and it was neat to order a "custom ramen" on their mini side menu. Definitely recommend.
