Ulu Kitchen by Merriman

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fabulous- the coconut shrimp, filet, and scallops were our favorite. Atmosphere is beautiful and right on the beach. But more than ANYTHING, our server Nick made our experience remarkable. My husband and I eat out frequently and have gone to hundreds of restaurants- never have we EVER had a server like Nick. He is passionate, friendly, knowledgeable, calming, and truly loves what he does. My husband has celiac disease and he took care of him like royalty. He holds conversation and truly CARES about his customers. Best server we have ever had in our lives. You have gotta request him!! Management, you have a good one. Give him employee of the year, a raise, whatever you can. He is the GOAT. Nick if you’re seeing this, thank you for making our trip to Maui so full of positivity and love. We will never forget you. You’re amazing!

Waited for food 50 min. When we got our food, some people who came after us, finished their food, and already were leaving. Breakfast menu is poor, specially if you don't eat pork and gluten. Maybe lunch and dinner better. Place itself is gorgeous, view on the ocean amazing.
