Uncle Wolfie's Breakfast Tavern

Atmosphere was trendy and cool. Servers were nice and accommodating for dietary restrictions. We waited a very long time for food, and it was toward the end of service, so it was unclear why. Food was very good. Spamelette was really unique and flavorful. My stomach was upset for a couple hours after eating though, perhaps from the richness. But my friend was also quite sick after she ate a dish they prepared dairy free, gluten free.

This is the best brunch in Milwaukee. I end up going a couple times a month and it's the spot I take friends and family when they visit. All of the staff members are kind and all of the food is amazing. The interior in homey and welcoming. Please know to maintain such a paradise the amounts of seats are limited. If you come on the weekend you may have to wait up to 90 minutes, but that amount of time is well worth the quality of the food and service. They also have heaters outside if you're waiting! Uncle Wolfie's also has a wide range of food options for everyone, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian items. There is something for everyone and that is a beautiful thing.

Phenomenal place. Our favorite breakfast and lunch spot. Delicious food, great service and gorgeous atmosphere. Best damn Bloody Mary in town. Gluten free fried chicken sandwiches!!! Get here early to avoid a long wait! (It’s well worth it)!
