I’m gluten free so eating out is a challenge but Ellie was so helpful and patience.

First time at Urban Eats, and I’m from out of town and, what a gem to find! Ms. Ellie greeted me with such warmth and a beautiful spirit that instantly made me feel welcome. I ordered the grilled steak salad (delicious!), and I was happy to see they offer plenty of gluten-free options. Great food, great vibes, and truly outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

My friend surprised me with a birthday lunch! I was blessed with a superior experience at a place we'd never visited! You order & pay for your food at the entrance counter. They give you a table banner so that your food can be brought to you once it's prepared. Your condiments, silverware, napkins, take-home boxes, and water are provided at a self-service kiosk. The dessert bar is by the front entrance cash register, so you purchase it when you enter or return after your meal to purchase dessert, if desired. They save on management costs so that the meal price remains affordable, which is fine by me! I ordered steak & shrimp w broccolini, rice, and toasted bread. My friend ordered the Seabass with broccolini and mashed potatoes without gravy, and her 10 year-old-nephew enjoyed chicken tenders w fries off the child's menu! Everything was wonderful! My portion was large, so I took half home for the next day! ♥️ This is my new, favorite place to eat in 2025 because the calorie content and gluten-free status is beside every item posted upon the menu sign. Oh! Since it was my birthday, I received my choice of their superb butter-free cookies free gratis (I chose the Cowgirl for myself, but Val got the chocolate chunk)! 😁 Kudos to the owner and entire staff for a Class Act! 🎸💯🔥✔️🙂
