Booked a lunch buffet last week and indicated in advance that one person would eat dairy-free and one person would eat gluten-free. The chef himself came to give a tour of the do's and don'ts and separately a gluten-free sandwich and gluten-free croquette were baked and for the other person a carpaccio was made without milk and a milk-free croquette was baked. Furthermore, the buffet was top class. Top! Definitely recommended!
