Worked at this location yesterday during a work meeting. Nice workspace on the 1st floor with coffee/tea corner and soft drinks. Fruit was served + pastries. Allergy mention of gluten has been made, but no allergens have been declared for pastries. This can be improved by using allergen signs.
Had lunch in the restaurant in the afternoon. Positives are the beautiful look and variety in cold and hot buffet and friendly staff. Unfortunately, no allergen signs here either. After asking and waiting for a while, an employee came along. This gave a questionable indication of what was or was not gluten-free and was not sure about everything. Had to ask again, this felt annoying and difficult to trust. There was gluten free bread available but it was frozen and still needed to be baked. It's a pity that this had not been done in advance, despite indicating.
The staff was friendly and asked if I wanted a gluten-free dessert. I wanted this, unfortunately it was still frozen and had to be thawed. Two chocolate variations were offered with the best intentions. However, this was too much, 1 would have been nice enough. An improvement point here is to prepare and cover in advance.
Points of attention; Be aware of cross-contamination/touching. Despite gloves, this can transmit spores if other products have been touched. If someone is very allergic, this method is insufficient at the moment.
