The best: price and atmosphere, vegan/vegetarian and gf options. Could be better: cleanliness of toilets and tables The place is nicely decorated and with a beautiful view. A hostess will greet you and hand you cards which you'll use to make your orders. For this, you will find a sit, and then go to the different counters available depending on what you want to order. You might need to queue in more than one counter if you want pasta and pizza, for example, but due to the variety, queues tend to be short. At the counters you'll be handed a device that will vibrate once your order is ready, and you'll pay on your way out. I guess the self serving concept does help keep the prices down, though you will be asked at check out if you desire to leave a tip, even though you're doing the service part on your own. Food: We had pizza Ruccola e capricciosa. They were both good but not impressive. Extra points for a decent gluten free base, although they were a little bland altogether. I also had the cheesecake nutella (not gluten free) and it was actually delicious, not too sweet as I imagined. Definitely a great way to end the meal with a nice espresso.

I went there because they had a gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, the dough was just not good. I had an open calzone. It only had tomato sauce, and it was cold. There was almost no cheese. The size was also on the small side. And then I paid €1.50 more. For me, it's not value for money at all. I won't go there again. I'd rather not have the pizza at all.
