WOW, outstanding changes. i suspect there is a new super chef. For years Vatica served a vegetarian Tahli style set-price menu. (You know it from the steel plate with multiple small dishes.) It is always impressive and they have a very loyal following. Tahli is still available and as good as always, but they have expanded the menu to include separate entries and non-veg options. What comes out of the kitchen is fragrant and delicious. Dine through the menu and you will be impressed. Vegetable Biryani is a must as is the Vindalo and Korma. I judge an Indian restaurant by the quality of ingredients and their presentation. Try the lamb dishes, clean, lean and tender. This is still a vegetarian based restaurant with 20+ vegetarian entree options and fantastic in-house breads. Lots of gluten free options. Thanks for not doing a buffet like countless other Indian restaurants, hate those!
