The website says you can order online and I was informed by the host and manager when I went to pick it up that they’ve never heard of such a thing. I explained to them that they do in fact have online ordering and I have an order in process. They asked me what I ordered and acted like the manager would help us out. The manager made a funny face and said they don’t do online orders, but only over the phone. They told me to call my credit card to dispute it. I told them to remove the online order feature online. I think a better solution would have been to 1. apologize for the inconvenience and 2. Allowing us to pay right there and have our to-go order prepared. Anyways my mom then ordered a gluten free muffin from the coffee stand next door and ate the whole thing. My sister ordered a GF muffin 30 min later only to see that it looked totally different than my mom’s delicious fluffy sugar topped muffin. We realized that my mom who has celiac disease was given a regular muffin with gluten … which is horrible. It seems as if listening to our needs/requests was too difficult for the ladies working at 4 seasons.
