The non-pizza, long fermented pizza was great - worth a try. The decorations looked good, too. Though the long fermented dough is gluten-friendly and not gluten-free, it is nonetheless healthier than the quickly made average pizza.

10/10 Experience here at Vespa! We live up in flag and drive down a good amount for this amazing food! Alec did an amazing Job serving us and gave us great suggestions. My Girlfriend is gluten intolerant and she feels great after Vespa! I recommend the chicken or the Pizza but everything is always amazing! Would 100% recommend.

The food is amazing and the service is even better! Eat here every time we come to town. Great authentic Italian food. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant but could eat their bread because of the authentic way it was made. Very impressed!
