The best farinata in Genoa and its province, also served in variations with spring onions, lipstick artichokes, prawns and gorgonzola depending on the season. Also an excellent choice for celiacs because as no other flours other than chickpea flour are used there is no risk of contamination. We had dinner on site but from 6pm you can also pick up takeaway and by booking it in advance you will find it ready at the appointed time. The only flaw, if we really want to find it, they placed us at a passing table in front of the door of the room and it happened several times that those who were sitting on the side of the entrance to the room had to get up to let people, strollers, etc. pass by. Perhaps it would be better to eliminate that table and give more space to the customers in the room without making them get up during dinner but in the conviviality of the restaurant environment it is not a major disturbance and the food more than makes up for the inconvenience.
