We called a day before to check for availability and we got very lucky. Call a few days ahead to secure your spot. Everyone working is nice and hospitable. Be humble as they use an honorable booking procedure by taking your name-only for reservation by WHATSAPP- no online booking no online reservation.
The rooms gave us everything we needed coming from staying in the jungle for 2 days. Platform bed, clean floors, towels and an electric water kettle. The beach front property brings immediate relaxation and comfort. The bathrooms are big and spacious, tall ceilings, lots of counter space.
The cafe is wonderful. GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS GALORE! The coffee is THE BEST, fresh from coffee beans, fresh made espresso, cappuccinos & more. The food is fresh and presentable— they cater to western travelers and adopt an above par standard for food preparation & service.
My favorite this morning was the gluten free protein ball, made with shredded coconuts + SOY CAPPUCCINO. DAIRY FREE options available.
You can rent a scooter here. They also do laundry (laundry services takes 2 days min due to the humid weather and chance of rain)
Be on Bali Time when you get here, it’s worth slowing down.
