I tried the grits with Guyere and Shrimp. It was moderately spicy and also had canned mushrooms. I am gluten-free and the gluten-free menu had a number of non-typical choices which was fun!

Easily some of the best food around. Very carefully prepared food. As a sensitive Celiac I was extremely pleased to find that they were able to accommodate safe handling procedures for a wide variety of delicious meals. They had lots of sides, solid gluten-free buns for burgers and sandwiches, and were very knowledgeable explaining how they took the required precautions to address all guests' dietary concerns.
