A Japanese gem in Madrid. From the first bite, Waraku took us back to the streets of Tokyo. The food is simply excellent: authentic, flavorful, and 100% gluten-free, something deeply appreciated. We just had dinner at Waraku, and I'm delighted. Everything was absolutely gluten-free, something that's very important to me, and not only that: everything was delicious. They explained everything perfectly, answered our questions, and were always attentive throughout the meal to ensure we were comfortable. It's nice to find places like this, where you can eat gluten-free with complete peace of mind and enjoy quality food. Definitely a place to return to many times. I highly recommend it!
