Waco Waffle Co

Our family has a gluten sensitivity and we had an incredible experience at Waco Waffle Co. The area is adorable with several other shops nearby, the hospitality was second to none and the food was delicious.

Gluten free waffles were incredible!!! Fruit was fresh and the side of turkey bacon was amazing! Relaxed atmosphere and the ladies there were very helpful and friendly!

Amazing waffles! They should advertise they offer these gluten free as well, it’s not obvious without searching before heading out here. The choices are great, they pair different toppings for a flavorful combo. The Alico was great, the turkey was a great taste to the savory waffle. It was a lot better than I expected! The 254 choice was equally great. The fruit was fresh and delicious! I came in with no expectations, thinking it’d be ok, it’s a waffle. I was blown away by how good it was! Only wish they were closer to Ft Worth so I could eat them more often. Update: Made a second visit in September and it was equally as good! This is a destination breakfast, like I'll drive an hour just to eat hear. Stealing that line from Guy Fieri and his Triple D show, which this place should be on, it IS that good!
